Shipping policy
Orders are shipped exclusively through USPS.
While most customers receive their order between the 4th and 10th day of shipping, we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date.
All shipments receive a tracking number. Please use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to view shipping details, tracking history, and estimated delivery dates. Estimated delivery dates are provided by USPS and are only estimates.
Domestic U.S. service to a single shipping address is a flat rate of $5.99 per order, no matter how large the order is or how far it must travel.
We do not currently ship outside of the United States of America.
We reserve the right to substitute any out-of-stock item with a like or superior variety.
We reserve the right to delay re-shipment or refund of lost or missing parcels for a minimum of 14 days from the original ship date and 10 days from the last tracking update.
We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers at the time of purchase.
Shipments are not routinely forwarded by USPS. Packages returned to sender for failure to forward or for invalid addresses provided by the customer will not be reshipped until the customer pays any additional shipping fees charged by USPS for the returned parcel, as well as a second shipping fee to deliver to the correct address. We may choose to refund the order, minus the original shipping rate and any USPS-imposed fee for returning the parcel to us.
We do not provide alternate or expedited shipping services at this time.
We do not provide Phytosanitary Certificates for exporting our products.
For shipments marked “Delivered” that were not received, please visit or call your local post office right away to let them know you did not receive the package they marked as delivered. Please give USPS the opportunity to correct the situation before we move on to other measures.
Once your order enters the fulfillment process, we are no longer able to make changes to it. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at 1-855-647-3337 or service@seedsnsuch.com. If we are unable to change your order, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
After an order has been labeled for shipment, the customer may contact us to arrange a return. CLICK HERE to view our Warranty and Refund Policy.
Orders placed with Seeds ’n Such are immediately sent to preauthorization for the amount of the order and cannot be added to. If you need to add additional product(s), please place a separate order.
By placing an order with Seeds ’n Such, you are accepting the above terms.



Onions going to Alaska will ship out in early May. Sweet Potatoes going to Alaska will ship out either the last week of May or the first week of June.
