Website Errors/Lost Orders
Your order is not lost! If you have placed an order and received an error message, your order is still in our system and has not been lost. Please call us and leave your phone number so that we may retrieve your order and help you get it processed, or email us using the form below.
If you ordered incorrectly and did not realize it until after the order went through please contact us and let us know as soon as possible.
If you placed an order and realized after you pressed go that you shipped it to the wrong address, please contact us ASAP and we will make the change if possible. Usually within 24 hours is acceptable.
