Harvest early for sweet flavored baby leaves or grow to maturity for market bunching of sweet, crisp, blue-green leaves. This highly productive variety is excellent for “cut and come again” harvesting for salads and sandwiches as regrowth is rapid. Suitable for indoor growing.

I bought theseseeds because I often dont get to plan at the most favorable times. This collard was planted a seroius bit late but did very well and sailer right through the extreme early hot temps that came in Tulsa last year!!!

I grow these inside as food for my bearded dragon. He finds them tender and tasty. Very low maintenance and fast-growing. I think I’ll plant some outside for myself in the fall.
